Awards are important to businesses like ours and we were absolutely thrilled to be shortlisted for the Heat Pump Installer award at the National ACR & Heat Pump Awards 2023.
We were put forward for this award as we’ve demonstrated incredible growth since committing to 100% renewable installations in 2019. We went from two plumbers in a van fitting oil and gas boilers to nine staff including two qualified engineering teams, two apprentices and four office-based personnel all committed to renewables and to reducing carbon footprints without reducing comfort.
Everyday we're installing heat pumps and solar in homes across the South East - we particularly specialise in older/historic buildings and we receive overwhelmingly positive feedback for professionalism, quality of workmanship and customer service. It's no wonder we are finalists for the heat pump installer of the year award in 2023.
We educate our team above and beyond offering all engineers training in renewable technologies, manufacturer courses and transferable skills training.
Even our office staff are trained to understand how heat pumps work and their impact on carbon emissions for our clients.
We have apprenticeships and work experience schemes for young people and military veterans and work with colleges inspiring the next generation of renewables installers.
It was our first year being put forward for this award and slthough we didn't take home the gold on this occasion it was an absolute honour to be considered and to make the final selection against some really great competition. Here's to next year!
